  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

    Ordering Process & Delivery in the USA :

    Once you place an order at www.pignalosadesignstudio.com we will immediately send you a confirmation number and summary of your order.  

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number.

    Orders are shipped via ground shipping through - UPS, USPS or FedEx.

    We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders processed after 1:00pm EST, will ship out the next two business day if in stock , for custom orders the date is specified.

    We do not require signature upon delivery, therefore Key Leaf llc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. So please make sure when you receive tracking to follow up the delivery; if not received notify us immediately.

    Shipment order notification:

    You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view your order tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Domestic Shipping ( USA ) :

    We currently ship in the USA through Fedex, UPS or USPS.

    Sales Tax :

    Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the state of Florida .Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
    Since we do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.  Various states,like Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

    Using a Promotional Code:

    Once in a while we offer special promotions and discounts that can be applied to your order. To use these promotions, you must enter the code at checkout and click “Apply”. The discount will be then applied to your order at checkout.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : A

    Not Available, we ship only in the USA.

  • Returns & Exchanges :
    Our Returns policy lasts 15 days. Any returns must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery of the items purchased online. 

    After this date we cannot receive returned items. Therefore, if you have an issue with an item received, kindly contact us before returning it within 30 days after delivery.

    Important: All Items returned must be tagged as received, unwashed and unused.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must beunused and in the same condition that you received it. 

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    We only replace SALE items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    To return your product we will provide shipping instruction when you send us an email to:

    Please note that your postage costs are non refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
