Laying the foundation for a successful project, we'll define preliminary proposed floor plans, inspirational design concepts, color palettes, millwork & cost options for final designs & vendor selection.

An in-depth consultation to fully understand your objectives and needs. An initial conversation to learn about your lifestyle, preferences, and overall vision. Through a thoughtful process of discovery and ongoing collaboration we refine ideas and align solutions with your goals..
Whether updating a single room or your entire property, we curate & select the perfect combination of elements: fixtures, finishes, furnishings, we design all custom millwork & furniture needed for kitchen, bathrooms & general cabinetry; we work with different vendors to achieve the vision of your project and adapt to each clients needs.

We schedule & followup on logistics of all deliverables, orders; we offer turn key & also work with ongoing upgrades for existing clients homes.

How do we get started?
We mostly take projects & clients on Referral, because our relationship with our clients has a high degree of understanding & communication. If we feel we are not the right fit for your project we will let you know…if we have an understanding on your needs & project; we will organize a meeting where we discuss goals, timeline, and budget, then outline the next steps.
Do you work with existing contractors or provide your own?
We’re flexible. If you already have trusted GC & vendors, we’re happy to collaborate. Otherwise, we can recommend vetted professionals we partner with regularly, you ultimately will select what suits you best.
What is the typical payment structure?
After the initial consultation, we provide an itemized proposal. Payments are typically broken into milestone invoices tied to project phases, FF&E purchase , ensuring transparency throughout the process.
