We mostly take projects & clients on Referral, because our relationship with our clients has a high degree of understanding & communication. If we feel we are not the right fit for your project we will let you know…if we have an understanding on your needs & project; we will organize a meeting where we discuss goals, timeline, and budget, then outline the next steps.

Do you work with existing contractors or provide your own?
We’re flexible. If you already have trusted GC & vendors, we’re happy to collaborate. Otherwise, we can recommend vetted professionals we partner with regularly, you ultimately will select what suits you best.
After the initial consultation, we provide an itemized proposal. Payments are typically broken into milestone invoices tied to project phases, FF&E purchase , ensuring transparency throughout the process.
